Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill this critical role. As a Rehabilitation Programs Specialist, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed
  • Document client interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • One year of experience in a related field, such as advocacy, mentoring, education, or counseling
  • Volunteer experience in a criminal justice setting preferred
  • Current certification as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS), Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS), or other recognized certification
