Job Title: Residential Counselor

About the Role

The Residential Counselor will provide support and guidance to individuals living in a group living environment, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health principles and a commitment to providing trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support individuals in achieving their goals
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in daily living activities, such as medication management and personal care
  • Assist individuals in accessing community resources and services
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Reliability and willingness to learn
