Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Counselor to join our Adult Community Clinical Services team. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide guidance, support, and perform various levels of activities of daily living to help individuals live as independently as possible. You will implement procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness and safety of the physical site.

Responsibilities

* Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation plans.
* Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
* Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
* Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent. Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
* Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
* Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
