About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ASIC Digital Design Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our ASIC logic design team, you will be responsible for designing the next generation of Micron's internally developed ASICs and controller IP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RTL for next-generation DRAM memory controllers and subsystems
  • Interact with FEOL and BEOL teams from Design Verification, Analog Design, and Modeling to Synthesis and Physical Implementation
  • Participate in advanced packaging discussion and setting customer requirements
  • Be hands-on during Chip bring-up and Lab Validation
  • Comfortable presenting applicable engineering ideas to other members of the design team
Requirements
  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering
  • 4+ Years of experience in logic design coding and verification techniques, and high-speed IO crossings
  • Strong written and verbal communication, capable of writing and reviewing architectural specifications and code
  • Software programming, Linux shell scripting, python, etc. experience
  • Candidate should understand analog and mixed-signal circuits, including the use of CMOS/CML logic, PLL, DLL, CDR, etc.
  • Experience with DRAM interfaces, memory-system RAS (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability) and RTL development
  • Experience with industry-standard tools related to synthesis, linting, equivalency, and formal verification
