Position Overview:
We are in search of a reliable and service-oriented Chauffeur to provide exceptional transportation experiences. As a qualified commercial driver, your primary responsibility will be to ensure safe and comfortable travel for our clients. You will operate high-end vehicles, transporting customers throughout the metropolitan area and beyond. Previous experience and exemplary customer service abilities are crucial for this role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Transport clients safely and professionally to their designated locations in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with their luggage and personal items during loading and unloading.
- Manage customer payments and maintain precise records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations consistently.
- Utilize required software proficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience as a chauffeur or in commercial driving.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles.
- Knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.
- Flexibility in scheduling and route planning.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Dependability, punctuality, and capability to pass a background check.
Job Details:
- Full-time position.
- Pay: $19-21 per hour.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Benefits include paid time off.
- Schedule: Day shift with extended hours and occasional weekends.
- Up to 100% travel required.
- Language: English (Required).
- Work Location: On-site.
