At Vail Mountain, we're seeking passionate and experienced ski and snowboard instructors to join our team. As a certified instructor, you'll have the opportunity to deliver world-class instruction to guests of all ages and abilities, creating a safe and fun learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all
  • Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide constructive feedback to guests, inspiring them to improve their skills and enjoy the mountain
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to meet minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
