About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Raytheon, where you will play a critical role in the design and development of circuit cards. As a member of our Product Development and Packaging Department, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop high-quality producible designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop circuit cards, including component selection, PCB layout, and circuit card assembly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met and design solutions are feasible.
  • Interface with suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of components.
  • Present design findings and recommendations to program design reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
  • Experience in circuit design, circuit analysis, digital electronics, analog circuits, power design, RF design, or printed circuit board design.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical working knowledge of electronic components and their application.
  • Board layout experience of single and multi-lamination boards.
  • PCB manufacturing and circuit card assembly experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
