Job Title: Electrical Engineering Director

Raytheon Careers is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Director to lead the Effector RF Products (ERFP) Department. As a key member of the Raytheon Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing the development of electrical subsystems for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, integration, and sustainment of electrical subsystems
  • Develop and implement engineering design practices and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Manage department overhead expenses and ensure compliance with Raytheon and Engineering organization initiatives
  • Ensure that team members support product design activities in accordance with established engineering design practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), Physics, or a related engineering degree
  • Minimum 12 years of prior work experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum 10 years of prior work experience
  • 6 years of leadership roles, including technical and/or management background
  • Experience with RF product and subassembly analysis, design, integration, and production support
  • Experience with EVMS, development of budgets, task planning, milestone development, and budget management
  • Experience with cost, schedule, and performance tools for managing projects and program planning
Clearance Information:

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
