Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute hospitals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
