Responsibilities

As a Estate and Trust Accounting Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing estate and trust fiduciary accountings
  • Preparing and reviewing related filings, planning, and analysis for all fiduciary accountings and returns
  • Computing and reviewing commissions and calculating unitrust and annuity payments
  • Coordinating distributions to various trust beneficiaries and arranging for payment of estimated taxes

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accounts and records for various estates and trusts, and overseeing the accounting aspects of a trust or estate intermediate or final settlement.
