Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Geneva, IL. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and assistance to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Accompany clients to appointments and events
  • Provide transportation to and from destinations
  • Assist with medication reminders (we do not administer medication)
  • Provide in-home mobility assistance
  • Support with personal hygiene and daily routines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
