Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their own homes. As a Pediatric Ventilator Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
