We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Psychiatry to join our team at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. As a Registered Nurse Psychiatry, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proficient, age-specific, direct and indirect patient care in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients.
  • Communicate with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition, including mental status, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
  • Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.
Requirements
  • Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • 1 year acute care experience.
