Job Title: Perioperative Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Perioperative Registered Nurse to join our team at SCA Health. As a Perioperative Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in the perioperative setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient's preoperative and postoperative status to identify potential risks and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Provide education to patients and families on perioperative care and recovery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • One year of perioperative experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
