Job Overview

CNC Field Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our customers' CNC machine tools. At Productivity Inc, we rely on our skilled technicians to repair, inspect, and troubleshoot metal manufacturing equipment, thereby contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations in Minnesota
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues
  • Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments
  • Read and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manuals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role - experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Formal training in electrical systems - mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance
  • Comfortable working alone and with peers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
