Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Manager to join our team at Monarch Landscape Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of sites within an assigned territory to ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication
  • Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with contract specifications
  • Lead and manage production staff to ensure all services are performed according to contract specifications, on budget, and on schedule
  • Develop and implement labor plans to ensure efficient use of resources and effective management of labor costs
  • Collaborate with the service and operations support team to propose, track, and resolve minor extra work projects to current clients
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals through effective sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture preferred
  • At least 5 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years of people management experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
