Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality (Corporate). As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front office team and overseeing all front office functions, including guest services, front desk operations, and shuttle services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service skills to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Front Office Operations: Oversee and manage all front office functions, including front desk operations, guest services, and shuttle services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the front office team, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and participating in the progressive discipline process.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and analyze operational challenges and develop solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Financial Management: Manage department expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Review guest satisfaction survey results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Emergency Procedures: Be aware of and assist in all emergency procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of Front Office Management experience from a full-service resort.
  • Leadership: Managerial experience leading a team and overseeing 3 of our 6 listed departments (Bell, Concierge, Valet, Shuttle, PBX, and Front Desk).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, although a Hospitality Degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, work in a challenging environment, and have high-level diligence.
