Job Description:
Pacific Seafood seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Control Professional to oversee our Quality Assurance Program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing and managing quality systems, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and modifying company quality systems and procedures, scheduling and conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with FDA, ODA regulations H.A.C.C.P., S.S.O.P., COOL Act standards. Additionally, this role will involve interacting with Regulatory Agencies and/or third-party auditors, environmental testing, product tracking, and follow-up on customer complaints.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of Q.A. logs and perform scheduled audits.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employee understanding and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct quality defects.
  • Remain up-to-date on all regulatory requirements and changes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless quality operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary:
$78,300 to $80,000 annually.
