Job Title: Nutrition 751/851: Biochemistry of Micronutrients Adjunct Faculty
Job Summary
We are seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach a combined undergraduate/graduate level biochemistry of micronutrients course during the Spring 2025 semester. The successful candidate will have expertise in biochemistry and nutrition, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.
Responsibilities
The Adjunct Faculty member will be responsible for:
- Teaching a combined undergraduate/graduate level biochemistry of micronutrients course
- Developing and delivering course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams
- Evaluating student performance and providing feedback
- Participating in departmental meetings and activities
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Master's degree in nutrition, biochemistry, or a related field. A doctoral degree in nutrition, biochemistry, or a related field is preferred.
