Salary
$38-$43 per hour, depending on shift

Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients. As an RN or LPN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care
* Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and self-care
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records
* Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely and effective interventions
* Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment

Qualifications
* Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* CPR and ACLS certifications
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach
