Competitive Salary Ranges:
- Registered Nurses (RNs): $38-$43 per hour
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs): $34-$38 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor Vital Signs and Medical Information: Regularly monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and self-care techniques.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records.
- Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
- Patient Care Environment: Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
Requirements:
- Certifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification, CPR, and ACLS certifications.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
