CBD American Shaman Retail Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Consultant to join our team at CBD American Shaman, LLC. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our CBD products.
  • Ensure the store is stocked with products and supplies on a daily basis.
  • Meet and exceed sales and weekly goals.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Fast learner/coachable.
  • Cash handling and POS knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Dependable and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.
