Join Our Team as a CBD Retail Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CBD Retail Consultant at CBD American Shaman, LLC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Ensure the store is stocked with products and supplies on a daily basis.
  • Meet and exceed sales and weekly goals.
  • Provide product knowledge and education to customers.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the store.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Weekend availability is a must.
  • Fast learner and coachable.
  • Cash handling and POS knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Dependable and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.
