About the Opportunity

This role as a Store Delivery Driver at Genuine Parts Company presents an exciting chance to work independently, engage with customers face-to-face, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a representative of our esteemed brand, you will be responsible for delivering parts to customers while building long-term relationships and serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parts to customers while fostering strong relationships
  • Pick up parts from vendors, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure stockroom organization
  • Focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
  • Represent the NAPA brand as a trusted ambassador
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through consistent deliveries
  • Maintain store delivery trucks according to safety checklists and guidelines
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Agility to perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and lifting up to 60 lbs
  • Able to handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns efficiently
  • Maintains accurate distribution logs and tracking systems
  • Protects company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and personnel
  • Demonstrates clear speaking and attentive listening skills
  • Adaptable to various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
