About the Role

KELLER is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, ensuring our team is equipped to meet the demands of our clients and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on our clients and our community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce, and ability to leverage this expertise to drive sales and business growth.
Licensing Requirements
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
