Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Master Mixologist Leader to join our team. As a key member of our gastrobar crew, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. Your passion for mixology, combined with your leadership skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.



Responsibilities



  • Exemplify Bar Louie's Mission, Vision, and Values in your daily approach to work.
  • Demonstrate a maniacal commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and guest and alcohol safety.
  • Learn our menu inside and out, so you can seamlessly infuse your style into every interaction with our guests.
  • Master the tricks of the trade, including unique recipes, free pouring, flair, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Ensure our guests are inspired by your food and drink recommendations, and protect them by accurately ringing, preparing, and serving items as requested.
  • Assist with inventory management, completing side work, and quickly completing opening and closing duties each shift.
  • Follow all policies and processes communicated by your Manager or the Company.
  • Provide accurate availability and consistent attendance.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • The ability to communicate clearly with guests and fellow Team Members.
  • The ability to memorize and describe the ingredients and preparation of all food and beverage options.
  • The ability to prepare dozens of signature beverages perfectly by memory.
  • The ability to handle and carry dishware and glassware safely.
  • The ability to place orders within Aloha and accurately handle payment methods.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands for your time and attention.
