Job Title:

Associate Professor

Job Summary:

The University of Louisville School of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach didactic, pre-clinical, and clinical courses in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Supervise students in the DMD program and the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program
  • Participate in intramural faculty practice
Requirements:
  • DMD/DDS degree or equivalent
  • Qualification for an unrestricted Kentucky dental license and hospital privileges in OMFS
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MD degree and ABOMS eligibility or certification
  • Completion of a Fellowship
