About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Toyota Alabama. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical systems, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including work orders, maintenance records, and equipment manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying new knowledge and skills to enhance our operations.

Requirements:

  • Industrial maintenance and/or military experience, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
