Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Living Area Manager to join our team at Fuchsberg Residential Park. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the living area, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Treatment Care and Coordination: Provide treatment care to residents in accordance with SGB V guidelines, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Living Area Management: Oversee the management and coordination of the living area, including the implementation of care concepts and ensuring care processes are documented and up-to-date.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with doctors, authorities, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Employee Development: Provide professional guidance, training, and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Graduation as a certified nursing professional, with additional qualification as a living area manager desirable but not required.
- Skills: Confident and reliable demeanor, strong teamwork and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
We offer a competitive salary of 25 euros/hour, plus an allowance, and the opportunity to work full-time or part-time. Our permanent contract provides stability and security for you and your family.
