Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in healthcare and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
- Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics as needed
