Key Responsibilities:- Provide welcoming and valued customer service to patients and customers.
- Maintain professionalism and positive representation of our pharmacy.
- Administer immunizations per state guidelines and efficiently complete clinical services.
- Dispense medications in compliance with regulations and compound medications accurately.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and drug interactions, and oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Interns.
- Support promotions and follow recall protocols, and stay informed on company promotions.
- Ensure quality assurance and controlled substance security, and prevent and report theft or unsafe conditions.
- Follow safety procedures and report accidents, and cover open shifts as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with the team, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment, and contribute to the success of our pharmacy team.
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or recognized foreign equivalent.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Attractive salary package offering up to $70.00/hr, commensurate with your unique skills and valuable experience.
- Direct hire position offering job security and long-term stability.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
