As an Assistant Manager at Jimmy John's, you will play a key role in overseeing in-store operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our systems and procedures. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, fostering a friendly and enthusiastic work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage busy rushes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and train new employees to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service
  • Complete weekly inventory and paperwork audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring the store runs efficiently
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
Compensation:
  • Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance available
  • One week of paid time off during the first year of employment, two weeks thereafter
  • Free meal every shift over 6 hours
