Job Overview

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing food items as requested, determining food and supply needs, and ensuring a clean and sanitized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications and customer requests.
  • Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus and forecasted demand.
  • Inspect food products and supplies regularly to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all food served meets high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Minimize waste and optimize food usage to reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of food service or restaurant experience required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
