Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier & Front End Services team member to join our team at Walmart. As a Cashier, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, thanking, and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and parking lot.
  • Assist customers with their needs, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
