Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the Peptide Research Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.
- Provide strategic leadership by establishing clear objectives, inspiring and mentoring team members, and managing the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
- Innovate and design effective peptide solutions while addressing synthesis challenges associated with peptide and peptide-derived compounds.
- Facilitate collaboration among medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry, and computational chemistry teams across multiple global locations.
- Lead comprehensive service projects centered on peptides for clients, leveraging in-house capabilities.
- Compile and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations based on research outcomes.

Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in drug discovery, evidenced by peer-reviewed publications, patent applications, or IND submissions.
- Exceptional management abilities, encompassing strategic planning, budget management, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Strong strategic decision-making capabilities, with a focus on evaluating various approaches and selecting optimal strategies.
- Innovative mindset for generating creative solutions to complex scientific and operational challenges.
Educational Background:
- PhD or Master's degree in Peptide Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research fields.
