Position Summary: The Custodial Night Supervisor is responsible for upholding our company values and ensuring the implementation of all necessary programs to meet our corporate mission and objectives. This role involves:

  • Coordinating key personnel and operational processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Organizing and assigning daily work routines for custodial staff.
  • Leading safety initiatives within the assigned work area and providing necessary training on safety protocols.
  • Conducting investigations into accidents and reporting findings.
  • Delivering on-the-job training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff.
  • Managing equipment and supplies to ensure availability for staff use.
  • Communicating effectively regarding work orders and requests.
  • Assisting with building emergencies, including clean-up and snow removal.
  • Planning and executing major cleaning operations while supervising assigned projects.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Addressing disciplinary actions and maintaining staff performance.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of supervisory experience, custodial knowledge, and basic mechanical skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
