Totality Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Totality Project Coordinator to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. This individual contributor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Totality requests in collaboration with Project Owners for Advisory Boards and Steering Committee Meetings, adhering to healthcare regulations and maintaining high documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify supplier profiles in Aravo and facilitate ACH electronic payments.
  • Manage the entry and closure of Totality requests for Advisory Boards and Steering Committee Meetings.
  • Track Totality project metrics, including Steering Committee and Ad Boards.
  • Ensure all documentation meets SOP and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Owners, Program Managers, and Clinical Project Scientists to gather necessary information and facilitate request processing.
  • Maintain organized records of all Totality requests and associated documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding request status and required actions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in Totality and assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience preferred.
