Job Description

Zaxby's is seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and cash handling to optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
