Lead Compensation Specialist

Cedars-Sinai is a leading healthcare organization seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the compensation strategies for physicians, ensuring fair market value and compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance and physician compensation, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation plans, collaborating with executive management, legal counsel, and human resources to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate faculty & physician compensation strategies and models that align with financial and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate the implementation of physician compensation plans, working closely with physician recruitment and leadership to ensure programs are market competitive.
- Maintain accurate databases containing relevant physician compensation elements, ensuring timely updates and effective systems of control.
- Serve as a liaison with various departments, including Academic Human Resources, Business Development, and Finance, to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Perform financial modeling, internal valuations, and assessments to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Finance and physician compensation.

Salary Information:
