Project Manager Land Surveyor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Land Surveyor to join our team in Asheville, NC.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned land surveyor/project manager to oversee surveying projects in our dynamic office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing surveying projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
You will lead field crews and technical staff, plan and develop complex surveying projects, and maintain contact with clients, officials, and stakeholders. If you have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Manage surveying projects for land development and public infrastructure
- Supervise field crews and technical staff
- Plan and develop complex surveying projects
- Maintain contact with clients, officials, and stakeholders
- Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in NC (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in surveying management
- Proficient in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and GPS
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
