Baker I

We are seeking a skilled Baker I to join our team at Dollywood Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery items, ensuring food safety and quality, and providing exceptional guest service.

• Produce and decorate a variety of bakery items, including breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, and pastries.
• Ensure all food products meet Dollywood's quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent guest service, responding to questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree in baking/cake decorating preferred.
• At least 2 years of bakery operation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to handle changing priorities and schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and work in a variety of temperatures.
