Position Overview

Role Summary:

We are seeking nurturing, compassionate, and understanding Care Partners to be part of our newly established, premier Assisted Living Community, Cogir of Kirkland.

As a Care Partner, you will deliver personalized care to our senior residents, adhering to individualized care plans. If you possess a genuine desire to forge meaningful relationships with our residents, consider becoming a part of our community.

Available Shifts:

We are currently hiring for shifts from 6am to 2pm, Sunday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while ensuring adherence to community protocols and safety regulations.
  • Support residents' independence and provide emotional encouragement through compassionate care and companionship.
  • Facilitate participation in life enrichment activities.
  • Foster open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for working with individuals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current caregiver training/certification as required by state regulations or the willingness to obtain.
  • Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to acquire it.
  • Previous experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
