YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of automotive sales professionals
  • Guide product specialists on effective strategies for engaging with customers and enhancing overall sales outcomes
  • Establish sales objectives, monitor progress, and motivate the team to meet and surpass dealership targets
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening
  • Communicate product performance, applications, and advantages to potential clients and customers
  • Become well-versed in all optional features/products available for customer purchase and effectively convey this knowledge
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and informed presentations and demonstrations of all inventory
  • Address objections, finalize sales, and execute all steps of the sales process in line with company standards
  • Provide training and support to the sales team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a dealership and management role is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and nurturing fellow employees
  • Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor throughout the workday
  • Goal-oriented, approachable personality, particularly when discussing pricing
  • Attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
