About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. as an Industrial Electrical Technician. As an Electrical Systems Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery, replacing or repairing parts on machines, and troubleshooting and repairing both Electrical and Mechanical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Protective, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance Programs: Conduct daily tasks and checklists to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery.
- Preventive Maintenance Checks: Regularly inspect and maintain production equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and Replacement of Parts: Replace or repair parts on machines, including bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and switches, as well as other electrical parts and equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair both Electrical and Mechanical problems associated with production and facility equipment in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, plus 3 years related experience and/or training.
- Technical Skills: Full and complete understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting, as well as good working knowledge of all aspects of electrical controls, mechanical assembly, plumbing, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning related control systems.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings, as well as service manuals for all equipment.
