Join Our Team as a Resident Care Partner

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resident Care Partner. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing direct care assistance to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming, oral hygiene, and transferring to and from activities and meals.

• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents, including general housekeeping duties and assisting with associated tasks.

• Engaging in leisure activities with residents, fostering socialization and friendship among them.

• Collaborating with the Dining Services Department to assist with mealtime and related tasks.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• A high school diploma or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility.

• Valid First Aid Certifications, as required by state regulations.

• Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation, as required.

• A willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary licenses.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
