Senior Caregiver Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Always Best Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to seniors and their families, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic companion care, including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation
  • Assist with more integral personal care, such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing
  • Work a variety of shifts, including 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, and in the morning
Requirements
  • Two years of professional caregiving experience
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current car insurance
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Two references from previous supervisors or coworkers
  • COVID vaccination card preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
