As a Service Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily upkeep and maintenance of our communities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the service team with routine inspections of the grounds and common areas
  • Assisting with pool cleaning and maintenance
  • Inspecting work completed by vendors in units and reporting any issues to the Service Manager or Community Director
  • Assisting with resident and community service requests

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience, including general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, basic HVAC knowledge, and painting experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety rules
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • A high school diploma and bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
