Key Responsibilities:
Lead resources, manage schedules, attendance, performance, and work assignments of employees performing under this contract;
Oversee training and qualification requirements of the program;
Develop, coordinate, and facilitate Project Plans for major tasks;
Collaborate with government IT management in defining project scope, deliverables, and requirements;
Ensure contractor staff comply with all IT technical requirements;
Provide quality assurance oversight;
Analyze issues and problems, and recommend solutions;
Communicate orally and in writing on all aspects of work performed under this contract;
Conduct vulnerability assessments of assigned infrastructure, vulnerability mitigation recommendations, risk assessment and security architecture reviews;
Research, develop, test, implement, and document all approved changes in accordance with priorities established by task manager;
Evaluate existing centralized logging network capabilities, forensic procedures, certification and accreditation procedures;
Research and analyze technology problems, issues, and program requirements in accordance with customer standards;
Scan and monitor assigned systems on daily basis using Tripwire, Tenable, and Web Inspect;
Present findings at weekly Information Assurance Meeting;
Report security violations to customer as soon as they are discovered;
Produce customer-specific documentation and user guides;

Requirements:
Clearance: Active Top Secret (must be US Citizen);
Requires bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field of study, or five years related experience;
PMP certification preferred;
IAT II (Security+) and IAT III (CISSP, CASP, CISM) certifications preferred;
Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system preferred;
Salary Estimate:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
