Position Summary

The Residential Lawn Care Supervisor will oversee services provided to residential and small commercial properties. This role involves regular visits to each property to ensure maintenance aligns with JustGreen's standards and meets customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing services according to customer specifications.
  • Implement weed control measures in landscaping beds to uphold a tidy and well-kept appearance.
  • Operate company vehicles along established daily routes.
  • Utilize our mobile application for taking customer notes, tracking job time, and marking tasks as completed.
  • Engage with customers during visits to discuss their lawn and landscaping requirements.
  • Conduct daily checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Assist other teams (maintenance and project crews) as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License in North Carolina.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as safety warnings, mixing instructions, and operational manuals.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting over 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Proficient in writing and typing reports for customers and job-related tasks.
  • NC Pesticide License is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of experience in lawn maintenance is preferred.
