Residential Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

Our Residential Lawn Maintenance Team Lead will provide service to residential and small commercial properties. This includes visiting each property on a weekly basis to maintain the property to the standards of JustGreen and the preference of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain properties to the highest standards, adhering to customer preferences and company standards.
• Drive company-provided vehicles on pre-determined daily routes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Utilize our mobile application to take customer notes, track time on the job, and mark jobs complete.
• Communicate effectively with customers while on route, addressing their lawn and landscaping needs.
• Perform daily equipment and vehicle checks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with other crews (maintenance, project) as needed to achieve team goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Valid Driver's License in the State of North Carolina
• Clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including chemical warnings, safety rules, and operating instructions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, balancing, climbing, stooping, crawling, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Ability to write and type customer reports, job reports, etc.
• NC Pesticide License a plus, but not required.
• 2-3 years of experience in Lawn Maintenance.
